Annual Black History Month

Celebrating with a student art exhibition at Soho House Museum

Black History Month UK is an annual international celebration during October that recognises and values inspirational individuals and events from within BME communities. During Black History Month, we remember and celebrate the important people from the past who contributed to and help our society today.

To celebrate last year, HAOS partnered with Soho House to stage an arts exhibition of drawings, paintings, poems and more from students across Handsworth. We’re now looking forward to October 2021.
